By accessing or using Tablize ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Tablize is a Data Agent platform that lets you connect data sources, sync data into a private workspace, and use AI to analyze that data and produce answers, reports, scripts, dashboards, and watches. Features include natural-language querying, persistent workspaces, scheduled runs, integration connectors, and — on higher tiers — the Business Agent layer that watches your operation on a schedule and on event triggers.
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at support@tablize.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You retain all rights to the data you bring into Tablize. By connecting a data source, you represent that you have the right to share that data with the Service. You grant Tablize a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
We do not claim ownership of your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled.
Tablize connects to third-party services (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Stripe, etc.) at your direction. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms. Tablize is not responsible for data accuracy, availability, or changes in third-party APIs.
Tablize uses AI to generate analysis, reports, and recommendations. AI output may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for verifying AI-generated content before making business decisions based on it. Tablize makes no warranty that AI output is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.
Paid plans are billed monthly. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a pricing change constitutes acceptance.
If you fail to pay, we may suspend your workspace. Data is retained for 30 days after suspension before permanent deletion.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced where possible. Always-on plan subscribers receive a 99.5% monthly uptime SLA with service credits for missed targets.
You may cancel your account at any time from the Console settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your workspace data is deleted within 30 days.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TABLIZE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TABLIZE'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. TABLIZE IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tablize operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
