Tablize ("we", "us", "our") operates the Tablize platform at tablize.com and console.tablize.com. Tablize is a Data Agent platform that connects to your data sources, syncs data into your private workspace, and uses AI to produce answers, reports, dashboards, and watches.

When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored as a one-way hash). We do not collect payment card data directly — payments are processed by a third-party payment provider.
Tablize connects to third-party services at your explicit request. When you authorize a connection, we receive OAuth tokens or API keys that allow us to read data from that service. We only request the minimum permissions needed for each integration.
The data synced from connected services (e.g., analytics events, ad campaign metrics, sales figures) is stored in your private, isolated workspace database and is not shared with other Tablize users.
We collect standard server logs (IP address, request timestamps, HTTP status codes) for security and reliability purposes. These are retained for 90 days.
Tablize's use of data received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
When you connect a Google service, Tablize requests the following scopes:
| Service | Scope | Why we need it |
|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics 4 | analytics.readonly | Read session, pageview, event, and conversion data to generate analysis in your workspace. |
| Google Search Console | webmasters.readonly | Read search query, impression, and click data for SEO analysis. |
| Google Ads | adwords | Read campaign performance metrics (spend, clicks, conversions) for ROI analysis. |
| Google Merchant Center | content | Read product listings and performance data for e-commerce analysis. |
What we do with Google data:
How to revoke Google access: You can disconnect any Google integration at any time from your workspace Settings → Integrations. Revoking access stops future syncs. To remove already-synced data, delete the integration and then use the "Delete synced data" option. You can also revoke access directly from your Google Account permissions page.
We do not sell your personal data or your connected data to any third party.
Your workspace data is stored in an isolated PostgreSQL database. Data from connected integrations is retained as long as your workspace is active. When you cancel your account, your workspace and all associated data are deleted within 30 days.
You can delete individual integration data at any time from within your workspace.
Tablize uses the following third-party infrastructure providers:
These providers process data under their own privacy policies and comply with applicable data protection regulations.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To make a request, email privacy@tablize.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Tablize uses only essential cookies for authentication (session token stored in localStorage). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Tablize is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or via a notice in your workspace. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
