One-off data jobs · no signup
Solve the data job in front of you
Free tools that extract tables from PDFs, build dashboards from CSVs, and turn data into finished reports. Run one now — no signup and no watermark. If a coding agent starts doing the work repeatedly, Tablize gives that transformation an independent ledger and acceptance gate.

Three jobs, one engine
PDF extraction
Pull tables out of PDFs — invoices, statements, reports — into clean Excel/CSV.
Dashboard generator
Turn a CSV or spreadsheet export into an instant dashboard — KPIs, charts, table.
Report builder
Turn data into a finished, shareable report — sections, written summary, PDF.
From utility to governed process
Use the lightest tool that fits the job
- 01 Run it free
Drop a file or paste data into any tool and get a real result — a table, dashboard or report — with no account.
- 02 Notice when the job becomes a pipeline
If an agent repeats the transformation across batches or sessions, a useful template is no longer enough. The process needs durable state.
- 03 Govern clean → extract → accept
Tablize keeps append-only raw evidence, hidden-golden acceptance, every attempt and an accepted result projection in one ledger.

Frequently asked questions
- What is the difference between Tablize and Tablize Tools?
- Tablize Tools handles useful one-off jobs in the browser: extract a table, build a dashboard or assemble a report. The Tablize product is the independent ledger and control plane for recurring coding-agent transformations, with server-side golden checks and traceable accepted results.
- Is it really free?
- Yes. The tools on this site are free with no account and no watermark. Tablize product access is a separate private beta for teams that need to govern recurring agent-produced data.
- When should I move a job into Tablize?
- When a coding agent repeats the transformation, work must resume across sessions, bad rows can contaminate a durable result, and validation should be independent from the worker. Tablize records every attempt and only projects accepted rows.
- Does my data stay private?
- The lightweight tools (like CSV to dashboard) run entirely in your browser, so the file never leaves your machine. Heavier jobs run on stateless endpoints that process and discard — nothing is tied to an account in the free tier.
